Tips and Hints for Bosses

Alright, no judgment and no skill check here, just tips and tricks - and not a complete list

Wandering Wright - Beat Guangzhi and get the transformation first. Also, you can run past him to the next save point, where you would be able to craft an armor set.

Whiteclad Noble - learn to stay away from the boss, charge, attack, and repeat. The first phase can be dealt with using transformation, immobilization, and spirits. The second phase can be cheesed with the Pillard stance.

Elder Jinchi - defeating the praying monks will recover HP

Black Bear Guai - Fireproof Mantle

The Red Loong - Hit the thunder pods on its back when it's down.

King + second prince of flowing sands - you would want to kill the king first

First prince of flowing sands - Get him to attack the gate behind you

Tiger Vanguard - the first play through the Serpentscale Battlerobe is highly recommended through and through. For almost all bosses from hereon - cloudstep + charge attack is your best friend if you don't want to pass your skill check. It works for every single boss except Erlang and the stone monkey, I believe. There are equipment to boost the combo but you can do your own research.

Yellow wind sage - use the vessel

Black Loong - jump on stones and charge when it does the shockwave attack

Kang Jin Loong - There's a narrow area near the shore close to the shine. It's on your right when you face the lake, and there's a log. Bring the fight there and it should be pretty easy.

Captain Wise- Voice - Hit its head when it's down, and keep it down with charge attacks. The Wind Tamer works well.

Kang Jin Star/Cyan Loong - cloudstep + charge

Yin Tiger - He's tricky without a high enough attack and you'd have to learn his move - come back later with better stats if you don't want to deal with the skill check

Yellowbrow + macaque chief - cloudstep + charge attack. Brute force with Spellbinder works well, too.

Venom Daoist 1 - the tricky part is not dealing with him but hitting his back and get the rare drop for achievement. There are tons of videos out there on how to

Yellow Loong - cloudstep+charge. If you keep your distance, he will just walk around after each set of combos, there's plenty of time for you to charge. you always have Cloudstep as a fallback.

scorpionlord- skippable and he will join you against duskveil. Not that hard a boss at this point anyways

duskveil - Different from most other bosses, when you stay close to him, his damage output is rather low and with regen he couldn't do much to you.

Supreme Inspector - use the fan. The fan works for most bosses in chapter 6 and NG+, the most powerful vessel in the game.

Erlang - use the fan and spirits, then drink and make use of the Golden Set to recover Qi.

Stone Monkey - cloudstep+charge won't work for some attacks. but cloudstep + regular attack is still decent in those scenarios. also, the fight is in water, so the Serpentscale Battlerobe works wonders.
