Apramana Bat Spirit missed?

In my NG+, I did fight the bat with the pig, got the tear / entry. However, after the final boss of Chapter 3 was beaten, the bat spirit did not appear in my inventory.

Any tricks that I might have missed?

Did you not get the spirit on your first playthrough? If you got it, then you will only get +1k Will in NG+.

I missed the bat because I progressed to much, and after I interacted with the skeleton there's no cutscene but I can collect the Turtle Tear soak.

nope, only miss the collections

You have to go there with Bajie to trigger a cutscene with him for the bat to appear.
If you go there alone it won't appear.

It's missable, so starting over or NG+ is the only way.

Thought I´d encounter him later on in ch3 but nutin´ much since now....

check your spirit, it get added automatically, you dont get to suck it like other spirit bosses.
