Are there ever gonna be infinite Celestial Ribbons ?

Hey, I have just finished NG++ yesterday and I was wondering, are there gonna be infinite Celestial Ribbons from the Yin Tiger or someone else in NG+++ ? same goes for the Knot that upgrades your Spirits.

In 3 cycles I was able to upgrade like half of my armors and half of my Spirits, I would love to get all of the to max level, but these crucial items are very limited. At the same time, I don't want to be in like NG+6 in order to get everything to max level.

+1 to infinity materials at least on ng++ because c'mon we are deserve this

I looked around a bit and I think all of them are finite. Basically meaning that the only way to max out all armors and spirits it to do more NG+ runs. You can make everything with a regular NG and NG+ if you've collected almost everything, upgrading seems like a gargantuan task.

I'm about 70% through my NG+ run and I'm also running short on blood of the iron bulls for now. I still need to upgrade 5 or 6 until knot of voidness level. But I need 2 of those for every spirit and they are far more rare than the blood of the iron bulls. You get like 10 knots per run and you need 108 to max out all 54 spirits. Honestly I don't think anyone actually has that outside of cheaters.

It's a shame, but I'll just wait for DLC stuff after I've maxed out all relics. And I'll probably take a bit of a break after my current NG+ before doing another (don't want to get burned out).
