You should be level 50 at this point. You can farm pretty easy in the last zone of chapter 2, before you meet the boar, the shrine near sand waterfall.
People underestimate how hard the game is.
You also have to have shock medicine to remove shock effect, be agressive when she is lightning queen wife material and defend/run/jump when she is in dragon or charge attack
Btw, there is a handful of rare drops from various enemies in Chapter 3 as well.
Chapter 3 ending cinematic is fantastic.
1) recognising when the loong is grounded and therefore offers more hitbox surface area to hit and
2) recognising when to create safe (far) distance between yourself and the loong (especially when the white loong is telegraphing its lunging attack to snatch you in its mouth as it charges towards you). Distance is key to been able to avoid here and
3) understanding the limitations of in-game camera movements during close combat with the loong. When you’re up close and trying to dodge through the constant transitions of the boss from flying higher, longing downwards, twirling around etc. The camera can often fail to quickly zoom out or pan to capture the entire scene so you end up seeing half of portion of the body of the boss as it’s lunging back down towards you etc. The trick here is been cognisant of the camera limitations and not be greedy with your hit combos. Goal is to try incapacitate the boss so it ‘falls’ onto the ground where you do bulk of your damage. Constantly dancing/trying to get hits in close range of the the boss = more likely to fail.
