Refund Celestial Ribbons? Or I just missed the best armor in the game?

I got the option the craft the Bull's King armor, however I already spent 6 of my celestial ribbons to upgrade an another armor to mythical.
I doubt I can finish the game without the Bull armor since bosses are really hard at the end.

Edit: nevermind what I said is wrong but note this for celestial ribbons:

The final and easiest method to procure the Celestial Ribbon is by buying it from a Keeper's Shrine. Players should go to a Keeper's Shrine when they reach Mount Huaguo. The resource is rather expensive, so make sure that you have Will. If you are running low on Will, go to an enemy-infested area and try to farm it for a while.

However unless some more bosses drop it, you will have to tough it out till Mt. Huaguo in chapter 6...
