"Fruit of Dao" soak is a bug for me

I have spend 15+ hours of playtime to farm this particular item
I watch every single video and guide on youtube of how to get this item
I grind the hundreds of mobs that supposed to drop this item

When all else fails, i even mod the game to 100% drop rate
Guess what? Everything drops except the FRUIT OF DAO soak item

I just need this 1 item to finish 100% achievement
I'm going crazy, i love this game so much but now this thing ruin all of the fun

I email the game CS about this, hoping for a fix, a repair
I discuss online with whom they manage to 100% the game, there are no such issues for them

Maybe my gameplay is cursed by the Jade Emperor, just like Ba Jie did
