BUG: Green Capped Martial-artist

Experiencing a bug in Green Capped Martial-artist boss battle where he goes to disappear and his flaming weapon is suppose to chase you around ... the weapon also disappears and the battle is just stuck and you have to quit out.
Wondering if anybody else is experiencing this and maybe have found a fix? But seems like a patch is needed

I had an issue where he went invisible for far longer than he was supposed to, about two minutes or so and he was still trying to attack me while invisible.

I was about to quit out when he finally seemed to fix himself and the fight carried on. Just try being patient and it may sort itself.

i experience 2 game freezes (1 after defeating lotus vision and walking up ramp, the other one i forgot, long time ago),

1 unknown crashes so far. (fighting Buddha's hand, standing on the side of wall doing nothing and suddenly game closed by itself)

Yeah, I let the battle sit for about 20min multiple times and it never progresses ... it must be scripted off of how many times the wheels spins back and forth. Everything was good on my first playthrough, this is a 2nd playthrough on a new save and experiencing this bug

Battle is still bugged out, even tried a reinstall and no effect

Installed on a different windows 10 pro system and bug still persists.
Can't find anywhere on Game Science website to submit a bug report
