Chapter 2

So I just finished chapter 2 and completly forgot to finish the drunk pigs side quest am I able to go back and finish it or do I gotta wait till ng

You can go back and do it. As far as I know the only things you can get locked out of are in Ch4 and it's secret area. Which those things will require a NG+

I think you can do the drunk pig's quest even if you progressed...

The three things that are missable if you progress too far to my knowledge are the following:

Chapter 1: Wandering Wight, you need to kill him before you ring the 3rd bell or fight the black bear boss of that chapter or he disappears...

Chapter 4: Talismans, you need to find all 4 talismans BEFORE you trigger the final boss fight

Chapter 4 - Secret Area: You need to kill the scorpion lord and the Daoist BEFORE you fight Duskveil...

and don't forget to talk to the horse in every chapter in order.

Horse? I think I missed the horse everywhere so far where is his first spawn close to so I can go back to talk to him
