Is there a recommended level for beating Dustveil boss?

The only boss that can be a little more challenging because you're underleveled is Wandering Wight. Other than that, there shouldn't be any point in the game where grinding would ever be required.

In CH1&2 it makes sense to struggle with being under levelled as XP in those chapters is pretty tight. By the time you hit dustveil you should be somewhere between level 65-80. He isnt hard. You may need to tweak your build.

If you are using the spear for dustveil, switch to a staff for that boss...

That boss is MUCH easier with a staff...

As for a level recommendation, it's more of a "when you are ready" type of thing...
