Any tips on Great Sages Broken Shell?

I've made sure to do as much optional content as I can, even the great skandha boss for the boost in stats, but im getting actually stomped on by this guy. I'm sitting at level 92

I probably won't be of help much, except to tell you to die again and again to learn the moveset.

Most of them are almost identical to your 3 staff stances so try to memorize them as much as possible. Use the set that they give you in that last chapter, invest in critical hit chance and damage, and use Spell binder. With the correct skill and relics, a fully charged heavy attack of Jingubang with 4 focus points will often 2 shot him in the first phase.

The boss removes your Wukong stance, so you have to rely on one of the stances. I prefer Smash, since landing Resolute strike and Skyfall strike is much easier than the other two stances. Try to dodge as best as you can and not heal too often since he can just steal your gourd and lock you in a long ass cutscene. Do not hit him when he's in Rock solid. When he's using Somersault cloud for the first time, it's always a grab so be aware.

have you tried using any of the pills? He's kinda similar to every other boss in this game in that you just gotta memorise the type of attacks that are being used and attack when appropriate. You may also want to give Ring of Fire a shot since Immobilize doesn't really work in his final phase

Memorize attack patterns (you must do this)

once you see yello flash, dodge, once you see red WAIT, once you see bling/flash, then dodge

In second phase once he is bellow 50% health all your spells will start working as before

The fan works great on him,
but make sure to corner him before releasing it so he can not jump back/evade all the time
and you do not miss hits chasing him.

use cloud instead of stone/parry

once in cloud state heal, he can not interupt or steal your heal

once on cloud eat all medicine

increasing framerate above 60 helps with timings and responsiveness(turn off frame generation)

Use spellbinder with centipede set and self poison. I did 50% damage with one 4 charge attack in phase one. You can literally charge to 3 nodes run in a slam him and repeat. In phase 2 it works too but you have to dodge a bit. Honestly once you just learn how to dodge all his attacks and timings hes pretty easy to go toe to toe with. He has so many delayed attacks that you just need to hit him between the dodges to keep your combo going then resolute strike or full slam if you get 4 nodes.
