Non-Able and Spell-binding
Is the mana hit worth it for spell binder for the stats Non-able provides?

Use the spirit that gives you a bunch of mana first, rest, use spell-binding, and then switch back to non-able. You only need mana to maximize spell-binding's damage potential, so you want it as high as possible on the front end.
