If you have massive tearing with dlss and you haven't already, you may want to turn vsync on in the nvidia control panel.
Regarding Vsync, the only issue people may want to consider is that it does increase latency and this game is pretty hard on system latency. Frame Generation seems to improve system latency which is paradoxical as it is known to increase latency. I haven't had any tearing issues in the game and overall I feel like that is not a very prevalent issue anymore. Then again I used to run SLI whenever possible and so I was used to pretty bad tearing in the past!
