Achievment and drop chance

[Dies Irae]

There was a problem with getting the “Medicine meal” achievement, I swear to God I specifically ran through all the places where the pills were, I even turned on the video and repeated it, imma sure i completed the quest for 15, but the achievement did not open, I don’t know what to do. Is it really only NG+?

Also i have request to increase chance to drop items from npc and plants, i spending hours just for stupidly farm 3-4 nps, or whaiting 30 mins for plant respawn

Did you find a fix for this? Same thing happened to me even after getting all skandhas. Everything i collect now is converted to will so I definitely have it all

Did you beat giant shigandang in 6 chapter? For the last pill that increase all your stats a lil.
