Game crashed and changed to Chinese

Hey all!
I'm playing Steam version of Black Myth Wukong on GeForce Now. The game crashed yesterday and when I reloaded it everything was in Chinese and (worst of all) all my progress was lost.
There is no option to continue my game, just to start a new one. The option to switch to English is not active.
GeForce Now support is useless as always. Steam support doesn't exist and I'm quite sure I'm not getting back those 60 hours progress.
Had anyone experienced the same? Any ideas?

I just had another chat with Nvidia support. Their excuse was that the game was too new.... That's what we get for paying for their premium tier.
And of course, Steam cloud doesn't keep your progress - they too have excuses.

Well I have a doubt about that, I check if i had a cloud save of the game, before saying anything else can you check on this link with your account and tell me if you find the game in the list and can you say the size of the file please:

Even if I reinstall the game and steam my progress still exists, they have cloud save

It's different if it's on your own computer you can find your save file but me and boyan we played on GeforceNow

The saved game is there. Thanks a lot!
Now I have to figure out how to load it to GeForce Now virtual machines.

Now that's the issue, in theory you just have to synchronise stem on geforce settings but it's not working btw have you checked the time of the cloud save if it's before or after the crash ?

It's from this morning and only 955 bytes so I'm afraid my progress is gone

I haven't found a way to contact them - they redirect me to developer's email.

Had this issue with other games precisely in GeForce Now & Steam cloud save feature. My issue was playing in GeForce Now in-game it would say game saved successfully then logging into my PC on steam to pickup later and there’s no cloud save synced to stream cloud…
