do some decoctions grant permanent buffs?
so there are these decoctions that you can buy for 2700 wills, their descriptions only say "upon use, considerably increases xyz", are those permanent? and they give increment by how much? are they worth it?

It turned out to be recipes and I don't know how to use them yet...

Pills are the only thing I know that add perma boosts to stats but you dont get the ability to craft those till the end of chapter 2
