I THINK I got all of the items necessary for both, but the achievements haven't activated yet. Is it buggy or am I missing stuff that weren't listed in the guides? For reference, here's a list of all that I have, including duplicates.

You're missing at least the NG+ gourd.

I am in NG+ though. Does a shopkeeper have it?

Also I found out I'm missing the Tender Jade Lotus soak, which is a chore and a half as foraging items don't spawn through resting like enemy drops. The Undying Vine was less tedious to find.
