Shuts My PC Down
Runs and looks amazing. My temps are great and don't know what is causing that. CPU 50c, GPU 69c 1440 max cinema at 70+ fps.

I'm gonna copy and paste my entire system from my profile.

No other game does this to my pc. I am just going to wait for a patch because I know it's the game in relation to a hardware I have. I would reinstall windows 11 again. But I did not not a month ago.

It's definitely the update. Before the update the game ran perfectly fine for me, after the update I get massive stutters whenever I walk about 5 feet that drop my FPs to 14 or less for 3-4 seconds. Same if it's just something on the screen moving. Walked up to the bridge in Chapter 2 and just the boss moving cause massive stutters.

Try launching in compatibility mode when the launcher shows. It's worth a shot. My crap graphics card (6600xt 8GB) runs great in compatibility mode and crashes in the other mode.

PC just shutting down with no warnings? then I would check PSU first. run furmark max setting for about 10~15 min and make sure it's stable.

Hope that RAM is not 16gb if you run win11.

No idea how strong that PSU is? And it is likely the PSU that is the issue.

I'm gonna test it on my pc. I have same setup as her's since I build her's. If mine doesn't shut down then it is her PSU. But, her PSU is 1000 watts, None the less it could still be the PSU. Now if it also shuts down my system then it is the game and we are going to wait for patch.

It could also be a heat issue.

Game hasn't crashed for me once. I must be the lucky one.

My Main RIG 5900X+XFX6900XT.
My PC also shuts down itself after some minutes of playing. Everyone says is the PSU problem so i bought a new 1200W PSU, and the problem still happens. After 3 days of changing all kind of hardwares and testing in different games, i reached the conclusion that is the GPU driver and/or BIOS version problem. Because even if i underclock CPU and GPU, and both temps under 70ºC, still crashes and auto restarts my PC, and after that, there is no signal on screen, need to manual reset PC. But on other games such as Warhammer 3, Baldurs gate 3, War thunder, etc running at overclock CPU 4,8Ghz and GPU 2600Mhz, at 80ºC, it is all good for hours. So it is a driver problem not a hardware problem.
My recommendation is don't ever update any driver, included windows if the machine runs all good. Cos the latest drivers are developed for the new GPU cards and doesn't benefit the old card series.

Please make sure all graphic card updates are done as long with updating your bios to the latest version

I am sure it is the game. Fact i have no doubt sine it is the only game we have seen causing this problem in her system. But I am going to test it out today when I wake up. We both have same hardware. So if it crashes in mine its just the game that doesn't like something specific in our system and needs a patch. But, if I can run it fine then it is her system and everything indicates the PSU.

yeah all that has been taken care. In fact today we installed the new driver 24.8.1 that came out and yes our bios are all up to date too. We are very finicky with our PC's

It’s not the game as it works fine for me. It’s likely a problem your end. If it’s shutting down your system it’s either a lack of power or overheating.

Can confirm only Wukong is crashing aka completly shutting down my pc, this is happening after the new update. Didnt had any crash related issue before the update. Stress tested for 30 mins using both Heaven and Furmark 2 no crashes. CPU hovers around 50-65, GPU around 70-76. Total system power consumption is around 350-400 watts.
Pc Specs:
13600K
16gb DDR4 3200Mhz RAM
Zotac RTX 3060ti 8gb
Gigabyte 550watt Bronze Power Supply.
