God I wanna play this game so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ badly

No matter what I do the game just runs horrible, I even tried modding and ♥♥♥♥ but nothing seems to be working. Should I just wait for a patch or does anyone have any videos/threads they can point me to? I have an RTX 3050 laptop GPU with 16 GB of ram but shouldn't that be enough to run on low graphics?? Please help

Yeahhh, it's not an easy game to run. Checking resource monitor the game uses 27GB of my 64GB RAM.

Common Tweaks that we could try to run would be as followed:

1. Update Your GPU Drivers, You can use the NVIDIA App, GeForce Experience or something more clean, like Nvidia Cleanstall (Search for it in Google)
2. After updating the drivers, please restart the laptop and open the NVIDIA Control Panel, head out to 'Manage 3D Settings', Click on 'Program Settings' And look for the BlackMyth Wukong .exe file. Once You have it, please enable Threaded optimization, and set the Power management mode to 'Prefer Maximum Performance'. -MAKE SURE TO SAVE THE SETTINGS-
3. In Windows, search for "Game Mode Settings", enable Game mode, and then on the top right corner click on "Graphic Settings", after that, enable 'Reduce latency and improve performance.' (You will need to restart your laptop)
4. On Windows search for 'Choose a Power Plan' Once there please select the 'Ultimate Performance' or 'High Performance' modes.
5. After opening the game, open task manager and look for the BMW .exe, click on it, and set the priority to 'High'

Those are some of the basics and should improve the performance a bit.

Also Your CPU meets the minimum requirements but it's not a power house. Please consider doing the tweaks I suggested and checking if it works.

Also if possible, close all of the tasks, applications or anything that might be consuming PC Resources prior to playing the game.

move game to SSD if you haven't already, I was getting frame drops and stutters on my 3060 as well but then moved it to SSD and it worked like magic.

That's also a good mention, I heard from a Chinese Friend that the game has issues if (For some reason) it's not installed in the same Drive as Your Operating System.

If the game is installed on a different partition You could try installing it into your main drive. Hopefully that main drive is an SSD and has sufficient space.

yep, thankfully Steam has an option to just move your game to a different drive without uninstalling and reinstalling it. This game recommends SSD and it plays like great there.

that laptop seems cheaper than the game.. 3050 isnt a gaming gpu. I was able to build my first gaming pc with a 1080 ti for 1000$, took a week getting a partime when i was in highschool(that pc lasted me 3 years). Refund save ur money buy a pc and get wukong at a steam sale, or just buy a console if ur casual for half the price

First of all, weird flex (Like srsly what was the point of that). Second of all, he cannot refund the game, he has passed the 2 Hour Refund mark.

Womp Womp, no one cares. He asked for help and we're helping him. Not everyone has a couple of thousands of dollars just laying around. And not everyone buys expensive hardware these days.

Again, what's the point of coming here with your nothing burger? It's not as if he's trying to run the game with a Pentium 5 and a GT 710. The RTX 3050 is a decent GPU on it's own.

The RTX 3050 is still being used by 2.69% of Steam Users. It is by all means a decent GPU.

Get a Steam Deck! It'll probably run better on it than that notebrick!
