Chill resistance doesn't work!!!

I'm at a certain boss in chapter 6 that does chill and freezes me quite easily. Hmmm, I thought to myself, let me respec a bit and stack that chill resist. When I had around 30 resist, boss froze me with around 3 hits and I had to mash the key several time to unfreeze. After respeccing I had 95 resist. Guess what - boss freezes me with around 3 hits and absolutely nothing changed....

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but there should be some effect when @ 95 resist, no?

Edit: 100 resist works - eliminating the chill bar alltogether.

Pretty sure resistances decrease the damage taken by Wukong while the debuff is applied

i think the only way to deal with chill is either u use that heating gourd, or heat circle

I also want know that numbers in resistances means, like i got 98 cold res and 127 lighting, and that?

i believe resistant is how fast u recover from element and how much it deal dmg to u, but not stopping it.

its either gourd or equipment or skill that could stop element damage/effect

Hey, I finally got mu resistance to a 100 - works like a charm - the bar doesn't ever appear. But below... meh

Means 98 cold res doesn't do anything, so get 2 more and be immune to chill.

Reduce 127 lightning to 100, get immunity and save some mind cores etc. :)
