What are you even supposed to do? You get debuffed in literally every way imaginable. I can accept your spells not working but you why the ♥♥♥♥ does your stamina need to be reduced to almost zero. I can't think of what I'm meant to do here. Am I missing something? Is this like a Mohg boss mechanic where there's a key item I'm supposed to have or something?

Yeah, he is BS. At least there is no scripted cinematic grabs like the Ch3 guy.

The vessel from Ch4 might help deal more damage to him. At that point it's a matter of outlasting the boss.

The weaver's needle from that chapter's secret area helps a lot here. If you activate it when he switches to the second phase (yellow barrier around arena) it'll mess him up and make him normal again.

I must admit, that i struggle on many stuff in this game. But i dont have a real problem with it. It is, what it is. But i dont like some of the lets say mechanics. Hitboxes are often crap in my opinion and i dislike these many many hidden walls/LevelEnds.

Overall its a cool game but those things make this game feel not so smooth as i would prefer it.
