Literally not what he said. LOL wut.
I get why people hate Denuvo.
But they also tend to ignore that it hasn't been incorrectly installed on a game since Arkham Knight. LOL.
If they bothered to do any research, they'd understand Denuvo isn't even bad any more.
Does depend on how the contract with Denuvo was made.
But good point.
At least this is the nicer version of Denuvo which doesn't have Kernal Access.
I don't know who that is, and how would they do that?
I'm not even worried about performance issues related to Denuvo, like a lot want to claim. I'm pretty sure that was only a small number of games and only affected lower-spec hardware.
Also, I'm fairly certain that EMPRESS (due to mental stability issues?) has basically left the cracking scene or IS a crack-house scene. One of those.
Denuvo still leaves a bad taste in my mouth because a couple of times I've played a game where denuvo got removed during my playthrough and it suddenly ran a lot better. I hope people are right about it not being as bad anymore.
I believe the performance with versus without Denuvo all comes down to your PC hardware, specifically CPU... and probably also how well the game is optimized. Someone who knows more about that could correct me if I'm wrong.
