Erlang needs a nerf, not Wise-Voice

Erlang is broken and never stops attacking. He has no reason to be this powerful and needs to be nerfed. Unfortunately, not enough people have made it to him to undertake and note the issue with the developer. Nerf incoming, but you won't see it for awhile until more peeps gain access to him. Wise-Voice, really?

He's not a god, he's a demigod with a human father. At least in the two big novels including Journey to the West.

he is a god, otherwise he wont go by the name Er Lang Shen, the word shen means god in mandrin. he was born as a demi god, but has ascended and has his name listed in the heavenly table in the celestial court, he is a powerful heavenly general which serve a position similar to Ares, the god of war. he also the embodiment of truth and righteousness as his 3rd eyes can see past any deception which is why he is the only god which capable to fight wukong on equal footing.

he is also a deity that is still being worship by chiense worldwide with temple build in his honor..

fun fact, his name Er Lang, means 2nd Son. so Er Lang Shen means God of Second Son, literally.

I really hope he doesn't get nerfed. He isn't even anywhere near as difficult as bosses in Cuphead and this guy is a secret optional end game boss. It shouldn't be easy to beat him at all.

to be fair, his moveset isnt that complex, it's just that he mixes fast and slow and has super move with weird timing is what set him apart... i fought him for a day and i still have yet to figure out the timing for his axe slam and that thousand flying sword move that have 2 variant.

20% for a hardest hidden boss is A LOT. Erlang is tough but not too bad if you know how to cheese him using fan and the rock transformation.

probably people that beat him with the infinite spells/mana exploit.

i used the poll stance that makes u do a step backwards then u do a trust. That hit way more coexistent and faster. I barely beat him after u the spell ward buff, since most of the other spells don't work on him well. Died over 30 times to him.

The fan vessel can break his shield bar
The bat spirit can freeze him solid when his shield is broken..

If you transform to the that form that is the stone with legs, he stops attacking and you can just hit him for a good chunck of damage

I don't think Erlang needs a nerf, he's an optional secret boss and in some sense the "true" final boss of the game that is meant to challenge and test gamers. It took me about 5 tries (I was a bit familiar with his moves since I watched a number of videos of others beating him) and all I used was the fan vessel, rock transformation, jingubang with pillar stance, and cloud step with clone spell. It's one of those bosses that force gamers to practice and get used to the boss moves.
