Buddha's Left Hand Bug

I finished the story and now i'm going for the achievements, so far so good until it's time for Brewer's Bounty. I need the Buddha's Left hand in order to craft the last Item. Unfortunately the boss that carries the Left Hand doesn't drop it when I defeat it. It has occurred in my first run and also in the current NG+ run. Can you please tell me if you have had the same issues and how to fix it?

I got the same bug with you too. Maybe because we defeated chapter 4's final boss before we fight the frog boss

I had another try, this time defeating frog first before moving trough the chapter, I also tried to defeat it slowly and in a more basic way, trying to hit the tongue/hand, but it still doesnt drop the item. I dont know what to do anymore. I dont want to go through the game another time for nothing.

Same. First time i'm beat frog after boss it show up left hand but don't show in inventory. Then i try in NG+ i'm beat frog before boss but don't drop left hand. I don't known what to do.
