Move is too strong late game, you can continually spam it and get off level 4 focus attacks, hence the need to moderate it.
I mean, I get the need to moderate it, sure, it's a very powerful ability.
It just seems weird to give you a talent of which its entire purpose to give you benefits when you cast Immobilize to interrupt enemy attacks, but then it just arbitrarily and randomly does not do so.
If there were some kind of signposting or something to inform you it wouldn't work, it would feel a little more reasonable. But it feels random, because it'll work on some major bosses when they go to attack and everything works perfectly, but then on other bosses, nope, it does nothing but waste your mana and put the spell on cooldown for no benefit to the player. Without any indication that will happen, it seems like poor design when I have to use Google to find out why a tool in my kit randomly doesn't work at all due to there being no indication from the game, spellbinder or no.
