yea i just found out today, crazy much of people have beating the game and didn't know they can upgrade their armor etc.

I have discovered it :) Though, my achievements panel says 3.2% the achievement box itself on the landing screen said 28% not sure which to believe.

It was 3.2% when you unlocked it.
