Prisoner quest is bugged

I spend 1 capitan soul to start the quest and now, when i have another 3 quest just refuse to complete. I talk to quest guy and hear his typical dialoges, nothing about quest. Did i miss something or it's just bugged?

For more info: I kill Wise-Voice first, mb this is the reason.

You dont spend any souls to start the quest. So if you have 3 ya missed one

There is Wise guy, the warden guy you needed to kill to access the purple cells, the guy in front of the last area and an already dead guy just before that

Found out, that i doesn't collected Captain Lotus-Vision soul, ty guys
