Oooo, cheese. I like cheese! Thanks!
Try the stone form transformation from chapter 2, works wonders on this guy.
Yeah, it definitely can feel overwhelming cause dude has like 9000 different moves, and apparently ancient Chinese invented lasers too
He took me 4 tries, but each try was 12-15 min cause I was afraid he'll bust out a never before seen grab move and one-shot me, so I used only single (rarely 2) light attack hits and then back off.
Everything else he casually brushes off (ain't nothing as 'satisfying' as him causally sidestepping your hard earned 3 focus points heavy attack
I'd recommend taking a break, next day you'll be a lot better at it.
Yeah, I'm definitely walking away. I can't even see straight I'm so enraged right now.
That didn't work for me. I can't even walk after using Sunset. It also barely even recovered my Qi per use.
2 : I used Wukong's set with The Golden Loong Staff and always in pillar stance. Be careful sitting on the pillar because he will target you with a lot of attacks though.
3 : Maxed Wandering Wight is a huge Shotgun to the face.
4 : Wind Tamer is reliable damage reduction.
5 : Ring of Fire and Cloud Strike (don't stay invis too long).
6 : Dry Spirit with purple veined peach pit and bee mountain stone.
Last : Don't be afraid to use "pills". This is what you save them for.
Other than that just think of losses as reps for your brain to adjust to his very-varied timing, as he's bby far the hardest boss in the game if it's the one I'm thinking of.
