lol, this is true. You can get the items with 100% chance once you picked one, by editting the main .exe program with a hex editor. However I dont remember the detail address and value, you can google it.

many ppl cheat the drop rate with mods

but the game supposes to be played all the way to NG3 at least. in order to unlock wukong stance. so normal play should get u every seeds/rare items
