Frog Transformation not dropping

I am in NG+, and the only transformation I do not have in the game is the frog. I have beaten all 6 frogs, and beaten 3 in NG+ now and the marker to pick up the transformation is not populating either time in Chapter 1.

Has anyone else had this issue? It is not in the shrine either to be recovered. It’s not even dropping the tadpole for it.

Only drop one spirit, the tadpoles behind are upgrade materials, and in the end, you will live as a frog with full attribute (random) attacks.

Xiaohuoshi is a rare and unique material. It is the exclusive refining material for Poligelang (Soul). If the Poli Ge Lang (Soul Spirit) is refined to its full level, it will transform into the Popo Lang Lang, a process that requires a total of six "little masters".

Acquisition method [edit]
Defeat the toad "Boli Ge Lang" in the Black Wind Mountain in Chapter 1, absorb souls with gourds, and drop small living masters. In the remaining five chapters, you only need to defeat the corresponding toad leader to obtain them.

In each chapter, there will be an elite toad monster that can be killed to obtain a small living master, which can be used for the advancement of the Soul Wave.
