Act 2: third place to use tally stones?

I got the two key items from the stone guardian and tiger vanguard and opened the door after the rat king/rat son bossfight as well as the door to the yellow sage.

However, I am absolutely positive I saw a THIRD glowing-eyes tiny statue that asked me for a key item somewhere in act 2, but I can't find it again.

Am I imagining things? Where is this damn door?

probably in the tiger temple where you fought tiger vanguard.... you can use a tally there to open a secret passage.
