And without Raytrace it should work OK with DLSS on RTX 2070 Super in 1080p.

With 1080p, high settings, DLSS (or similar) and FrameGen I'd guess you'd be around 90FPS for 90% of the game and sometimes drop to 70-80 minimum for short amounts of time. I have never had a 1440p Monitor so hard to tell what difference that makes, but you can judge that well.
The Settings are pretty responsive when it comes to FPS but you don't need to tinker for hours to get it right. Lowering the settings that say "high performance impact, be careful lmao" will get you a really good boost and you'll notice a good amount of FPS increase when going down 1 Step in all others as well. The Game looks pretty much the same on Cinematic, Very High and High anyway so if you're not min-maxing the optics you can get away with a good mix of Medium to Very High Settings if you know what to look out for. In the Action and Exploration you don't notice that one leaf looking a little sharper anyway.
If you're happy with the results of the Benchmark I'd say go for it.
PS: Not 100% sure about AMD GPUs but even I use the FSR Version of FrameGen since I don't have a 40 Series NVIDIA GPU and it works great.
