Compatibility Mode

When i launch the game steam pops with the 2 options

• Play Black Myth Wukong
• Play Black Myth Wukong ( Compatibility Mode)

Which one should i Select and Why ?

So here is what I'm not sure of. I've tried both to try to fix the crashes - but I think normal mode is DX12, while Compatibility is either set to Win 7 compatibility or DX11 (this game runs both).

But you can also use command line arguments to try to run it in that mode. I will say that DX11, the graphics and textures feel so much worse that I'm wondering if it's DX9.
