Enjoy that because this effect will be reduced again in NG++
To gimp yourself: decrease your stats, you dont have to use all your points.
Reduce your Level
how about you show us your video on no damage, perfect dodge and just use basic attack? unless you are ongbal you shouldn't have any respect. respect is earned not talk big.
it's intended. you need to finish NG+3 all good ending to get all 6 relics upgraded. NG+4 is where the challenge started.
Most games with NG+ are like this the first 1-2 NG+s (if they even feature a gradually increasing difficulty cycle, otherwise they're just plain easy) like Dark Souls games, Elden Ring, Resident Evil games, etc. NG+ tends to be dramatically easier than NG runs.
I think the core issue here, though, is they could have actually buffed the earlier enemies to scale better in NG+ though.
Literally gave up. At some point I'll give him another go but for the time being I'll finish some other games.
What I did was- switched out weapon to this thrust stance CHu-Bai 70dmg.
Also chose another build and upgraded to level I felt comfortable, NG + is meant to be played around with different tactics/builds imo.
Also I limited myself in NG + And ++ to spells according to the chapter progression, didnt use Cloud Step b4 I "got" it in game.
Didnt use life saving etc pills till Erlang/Sage...
And whoever is saying NG++ is harder? For me its easier, welp partly bc Im using maxed Centipede staff. But besides enemies hitting harder it has been even easier than NG+. Welp lets see what Yellow Loong brings, but 1st time I got Wind Sage down in 2 tries(1st try I didnt have the wind orb and made wrong turn), beat him into pulp, so much that he pulled back behind wind and I couldnt see him dashing up 2x ...
Edit. But I wish the game was as hard as it is in NG+, and scaled to NG++ level in NG+ etc... maybe could have been a bot more fun, who knows...
This was the only major problem for me aswell.
