help mount Mei is not unlocked for me

so i defeated every secret boss in every chapter and fought the great sage. from snow veiled path it seems the area is not unlocked for me. any help?

all other posts I have seen where its not unlocked, a boss has been missed... make sure you have defeated them all. including the green capped martialist.

The easiest thing to forget is the side quest of the Flaming Mountain in Chapter 6 Are you sure you have the mount to defeat the Bull Demon King?

The flaming mountain's branch is chapter five, not chapter six, and I was wrong

did you do the chapter 3 general side quest incl. the water lemon boss? did you fight the purple pountain all bosses (two of them are skippable and if the final boss beaten, no longer doable.
