Upper Pagoda Auto Jump Area

Why is the floor above the shrine in Upper Pagoda has an auto jump hole in the bar windows that just lead you to die? (the one by minor enemy with greatsword and yellow robe)

Is there a secret in there?

nonono not that. thats UNDER the upper pagoda shrine. just 2 floors above the shrine, theres a room with chest with one minor enemy,

the wall there (just bars) has a hole that when you ran into, your character auto jumps. tf is with this area specifically?
