Need help finding Xu Dog in Chapter 2
I killed the giant frog and got the stuff for him. I know that he will appear in the Cellar. I have killed nearly everything except the final boss of the chapter but no Xu Dog at the Cellar. Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance.
Incidentally, this is my 3rd playthrough and so far I have not used any Youtube Videos like I did during my 1st & 2nd playthrough. So, have I done something wrong or killed bosses in the wrong order? Again, many thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you very much for your help. I forgot to talk to him after killing the frog. And where will he be next after this as he is still not at the Cellar? Many thanks in advance.
