Why is there no blood at all in the game?
Cant help but notice that watching all the gameplay and trailers. Is it due to censorship or something?

Are you blind? Please tell me the blood at the corner of Tiger Vanguard's mouth, the blood pool in the whole temple, and the skinned corpse in front of the temple.

You're just an anti-CCP spam robot.

That's a PG-13 depiction, dude. And out of the entire game, That's the only one part you can point out with blood?

Where's the blood coming out when you hit enemies?? Even the tiger himself doesn't bleed

How much do you guys get paid, I've heard that many rumor workers have had their paychecks garnished. After the change of administration in the US, a lot of opinion funding will be stopped.

Hope you thinking about how to survive, get a decent job and be honorable.

Please go read up on the very strict rules on fiction China allows. I just point out an example of censorship here and immediately you get triggered?

You think China doesn't censor? Why do you think there's practically no R-21 movies in China then???

I think by "blood" you mean bleeding after attacking the enemy. In fact, there will be blood mist when hitting the enemy in the game, which is very consistent with the damage caused by blunt weapons such as sticks, because it won't make the enemy bleed significantly like swords

I dont see any blood mist whatsoever. Also if you ever took a look at China's gaming industry, the country has never ever had any locally made video games that isn't M18+ rated.

[图片]The blood fog I'm talking about is the small piece that appears during the strike, as shown in the picture (I don't know if this picture can be transmitted. If steam supports picture transmission, you can see the blood fog I drew in a black frame). I admit that this blood fog is really not obvious under the large spell effects and strike effects. Our review is indeed strict, but I dare say that this review of Black Myth is different from the past, otherwise the blood pool on the tiger side wouldn't be kept

You're completely missing (or avoiding) my point. All I'm saying is that the lack of blood and gore is likely due to the CCP censorship rules. This isn't a diss at China and their government btw. I didn't say not having blood is bad. It can help the devs appeal to younger kids too.
I'm just stating things as it is.

Maybe they toned the trailers down.

https://www.igdb.com/games/black-myth-wukong

It has an M rating. I expect about the same content as Elden Ring.

Dude the monkey is using a quarter staff to club monsters. A quarter staff is a blunt weapon so how much blood do you expect to see? Also who told you demons and monsters to have red blood?

He didn't miss nor avoid your point, it's your "point" is false or over exaggerated right from the start. In fact, the very first reply you got already point out your point is "false", he even posted a trailer which directly proves you're false. Have you even read what you wrote in the title? Do I need to quote your own words for you?

You claimed "there is no blood at all" and you've watched all the trailers, but people instantly posted a gameplay trailer which literally and clearly contains a large pool of blood, so who do you think you're fooling with? I think you're not here to actually discuss, you're intentionally and blatantly lying, baiting and spreading disinfo to tarnish Chinese games, but pretending to be innocent. Quite typical troll behavior.

This game maybe not as gory and bloody as some Japanese and Western games but it definitely has blood in it. And CCP do have censorship policy but obviously it doesn't make this game completely "bloodless". You can keep your lies to yourself.

Imagine attacking a strawman... so yeah you admitted to my point. Obviously there'll be some blood. But that wasn't the point of my post (unless you took it literally).

And I'm saying this because the CCP restrictions do impact these games for sure.

A lot? In real life you can bleed A LOT from even a single punch. How do you think MMA fighters bleed like mad? A single strike from a blunt weapon is enough to shatter a person's bone, creating open wounds and cause fractures and concussions

guess because it;s based on the Chinese myth? The "Yaoguai"(Monsters) in Chinese myth are more like a kind of supernature creature, so it makes sense that they don't bleed

Here is a list of things that the Chinese government has banned in videogames in China.

Pools of blood
Blood
Drugs
Sexuality
Organized crime
Defamation of the Chinese government

The last one is by far the worst and dictatorial. Bunch of snowflakes can't take any criticism.
