Your specs suck. That's probably why. You have a very old cpu, low end. And a entry level mid/low range GPU.

i have rtx 4070 and i5 14600kf i use 1440p ultra settings, ray tracing on ultra with frame generation and i have 65 fps. If I go down a little here and there on some details, I'll even have more

Just did a few tests myself with the tool,

Recommended settings (everything maxed -cinematic- and RT Off/Maxed

Max/Avg/Min FPS

100% scaling (DLAA) = 50/43/32 RT-Off FG-Off, 26/22/17 RT-Maxed FG-Off

75% scaling (Quality) = 72/63/43 RT-Off FG-Off

68% scaling (Recommended/Quality) = 71/62/42 RT-Off FG-Off, 108/95/72 RT-Off FG-On, 48/41/27 RT-Maxed FG-Off, 79/67/56 RT-Maxed FG-On.

Tested with

12900K (OC/Rebalance), Z690, 64Gb DDR5 5600, 4080 Super ProArt (stock power saving), Crucial NVME, 1KW, Win11Pro, AW3821DW (3840x1600 120Hz 10-bit mode)

Overall, seems easy to make it run good. 4080 Super did sound like it's taking off though. Maybe limit FPS with ProArt cards (like usually, because it's loud past 90fps)

Only noticed one stutter each run on the test, otherwise smooth. Don't own the game yet, waiting for more benchmarks and tests first.

I guess you need to do whatever it takes to feel good about having bought a 4090 for 2000 bucks. And then, when you will realize than even your 2000 bucks GPU can't get decent framerates out of this game without DLSS bringing down the render res to 50%, you're going to cope by saying "dLsS iS da FyUTyA !!!111"

thats laptop specs is nothing compared to the desktop 2070. coz laptops have a limited power output.

Dunno wtf you're talking about OP, I had everything on very high in 4K and got like 84 average fps.

You can't run the most recent games on a potato.

You cannot expect ULTRA specs to be 60fps if you PC is not ULTRA specs ( the latest and greatest)
