I lowerd cpu power limmits way before all 13/14 gen stuff was discovered, because i use case with a limited airflow
so it shouldn't rly be it, but thx for the reminder, will see after bios update
Just lowering the CPU power limit wouldn't have been enough to mitigate the CPU from degrading, unless you also undervolted the CPU and, or locked the CPU cores so it didn't turbo boost with excessive voltage spikes.
