I hotta check the benchmark out for my system.
With FSR though, the water texture looks kinda funky
7900 XTX.
3072 x 1728, TSR 67%, FG, Very High, 110 - 120 FPS.
FSR is faster but is blurrier than TSR and has some ghosting problems. Still, if you want locked 120 it's an option. Dropping to 1440p probably works too. 4K 120 seems out of reach unless you turn upscaling up so high details are blurred out negating the value of higher resolution, IMO.
-----------------
Upscaling and FG seem essential if you want high fidelity and high frame rates. Turning these off will cost you more than half your frames so in affect they are mandatory.
-----------------
The benchmark needs to include a high intensity battle of some kind. I am not confident I do not need more aggressive upscaling when dealing with more NPC's, visual affects, etc running on screen.
