Will it easier than other soul game?

you may need some experience in action games - but no, it isn't a souls like and it won't make you die way too many times. Probably a few times over the hardest bosses.

Hard to judge without any hands on time. For what it's worth, some previews seem to mention that, while the game appears challenging, it does not appear to be to the extent of a Souls game. The difficulty might be closer to that found in the Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order and Survivor games.

It's not subjective. Those star wars games have literal difficulty options. There's no reason for it to be difficult unless you make it difficult. And even then on hard it's easy. You're a jedi and you're op. Something being challenging for somebody doesn't mean it's actually difficult. This game as far as I know haven't heard of difficulty options yet either.

If you watch gameplay footage it looks fairly slow and predictable. The trailers make it look faster by cutting to shots of right when an enemy attacks.

They are not difficult for you. They are not difficult for many people, yet they are for others, possibly regardless of the difficulty level selected. Your experience, regardless of what you may believe, is not the objective end point.
