got an error message on my first attempt as well, tried it like 5 minutes later and it worked.
Edit: For anyone that has a Gigabyte 40 series card, go to this site:
https://registration.aorus.com/ follow the steps, sign up for an account, and register your card for the warranty.
Then go to this link:
https://www.aorus.com/en-au/explore/events/apac-rtx40-blackmyth-wukong-gamebundle. Scroll to the bottom and fill it out.
I just got a 4070 ti super and had to restart for my code to work, I eventually redeemed through the geforce experience app, and make sure if copying the code from an email that there are no spaces before or afterward. Hope this helps :)
I redeemed mine through Lenovo buying a qualifying RTX 4090. I note ALL Black Myth Wukong redemption codes come from NVIDIA issued to PC OEMs like MSI, ASUS, Lenovo etc.
If you tried to use the redemption code and it’s showing redemption failed than you’ll need to pay attention to the T&Cs part that NVIDIA specifically alludes to ‘until stocks last.’ This sucks as it means number of customers that purchased qualifying RTX product to redeem this game has exceeded number of total allocated/purchased keys by NVIDIA given to that specific vendor (e.g. PNY, MSI etc).
If you don’t have the redemption code yet, then you’ll need to either check your receipt (if purchased in store) or go to the OEM’s website of your RTX model & start the redemption process.

WTF? So even they are still selling and saying the game comes with the purchase of the GPU, you cannot redeem it because it has been redeemed out of stock? Then how is it OK to keep advertising with that?
