Buddha challenged wukong and told him that if he can get off his hands he'd help (i think).
At the end of the universe sun wukong found 5 pillars, wrote his name and what not and returned to Buddha.
Buddha showed wukong he never left his hand and smashed wukong back to earth and buddha's hand became a mountain.. With a Talisman he sealed wukong
it was "removed" after they returned home. but its never really removed. and thats when someone from celestial court used that headband to backstab wukong during the duel.
wukong's body might never die off as its just a stone monkey. but his ability/relic/soul is scattered/divided by others. make him no longer a threat to the celestial court
if the player fails to regain all peices of wukong's soul, the player rips apart his soul again while crying, and the process begins anew until one of the mortal incarnations of wukong can complete the plan.
if the player succeeds in regaining all peices, wukong retraces his steps of the journey to the west to remember all his friends that died, and then he tries to invade the jade emperor's palace to get revenge on the jade emperor and probably die as a warrior to join his mortal friends who fell along the way in the past.
thats before the "journey to the west".
the game is after they returned from west.
