You can also try uninstalling the game and completely wiping the shader cache before reinstalling the game, though I'm not sure where it's located for AMD GPUs.
VSync OFF and lock frame rate to 60.
Make sure "b1" is properly set in your Firewall settings too. For some reason the game is labeled "b1" when it's running.
I also found this:
AMD crash solved:
Set the opening sequence to the lowest quality setting and limit FPS to 30. After the sequence, the settings can be set back to max without the game crashing.
My specifications:
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X
Radeon RX 7900 XTX
64GB RAM
Hope it helps :)
AM4 R7 5700X3D
Giagbye X570 Aorus Xtreme (BIOS version: F35)
2x 16GB DDR4 3600 Kingston Fury Beast
XFX MERC310 RX 7900 XTX (Adrenalin 24.10.37.04)
Corsair HX1000 Platinum
The game runs just fine, though oddly enough, the built-in benchmark crashes consistently, but the game itself runs just fine at 'Very High' setting, though I'm gonna try it at 'Cinematic' preset just to see how my rig does. Regardless, these are done without RT as RT seems to be limited to nVidia cards...
