If you missed them then the problem is...you not the game. There is quite frankly nothing to fix there.
Not really, that is how games like this work, this is not an RPG where you get everything , You will miss things depending on what you chose to do and ignore or miss/ not find.
That is how this type of games work.
If you missed it the first time you can get it in NG+ or use one of the save backups and redo it if you are that desperate.
Also LMAO you got over 200 hours in Elden Ring, 180 in DS2 and 130 in DS3 so i don't see how you can complain about this....
that needle "side quest" is pure evil for non rpg pro gamers.
He will probably also miss out on the transformation in that one secret area o.o
