Game stuck loading to heishenhua.com/support screen!

I was loading the game and I accidentally pressed new game instead of continue, i panicked and shut down my pc because i did not want to lose my old game data ( wasnt sure if i would or wouldn't), now the game only loads to a support screen. I have tried rolling back drivers, re installing the game, turning off cloud saves, running as administrator, compatibility mode, everything. I cannot get this game to load. my pc has a 4090 and 5800x3d so specs arent the issue. i already played for 11 hours with no issue. I cant even get to the main screen, it just goes straight to support.
