Chapter 3 Shrine Store Not Working (partially)

I have no idea if this is a bug, or if this is a problem that will be solved as I continue further in the Chapter (ie, a quest), but as soon as I activated the shrine for The New West right before the fight on the frozen lake, I tried to sell some excess yaoguai cores to get money to upgrade one of my staves. Lo and behold, the 'Sell' function of the Store tab was greyed out at the Shrine, and it had become so for EVERY Chapter I had visited.

To reiterate, is this 'Chapter 3 Shrine Store Partial Lock' a Bug, or is it Part of the Game?

I could be wrong but...as far as I am aware you can't sell yaoguai cores, and can only sell gold pieces and a couple other gold items. When "Sell" is greyed out for me, it means I don't have any items I can sell.

I'll have to take a closer look at my inventory, then; I wouldn't be surprised if it really is that simple. I could buy something, and see if I could sell it back, as well. And as for the gold bits, yeah, you're probably right. Gonna check to clarify.

Pretty sure most the stuff you can buy can't be sold. Off the top of my head I have only had 3 or 4 items I can sell and I am in chapter 4.

Also I think you set a world record.
