4th Focus point didn't Unlock, Why?

I already spent the required 20 points in the stances category and it and the 4th focus point shows as "Awakened", but it's not showing up during gameplay. Still at 3. Anyone know why or is it a bug? I just got the chapter 3 as well in case that it might be related to story progression.

You can only bank 3 focus points. The 4th focus point can only be generated in combat and doesn't last long.

It's the little bar that fills up to the left of the three other focus points. Fill it up all the way (it will keep going down unless you hit enemies enough to fill it up), and then you can use it.

It's the little bar that fills up to the left of the three other focus points. Fill it up all the way (it will keep going down unless you hit enemies enough to fill it up), and then you can use it.

So, you can still use it by Charging it?

No, charging it doesn't fill it up past three. You have to fill up those three by attacking normally, and then fill up the bar by continuing to attack normally, and then you can use it.

It's not a bug, the 4th Point is Temporary, it has no HUD/UI Element to display it other than a bar that appears. Also, it can only be charged in combat, if You have 3 Focus points already You will see that the bar will begin charging once more during combat.

You can store the fourth, at least for a bit (haven't tested to see if it goes away), it's just harder because the bar will drop if you aren't hitting an enemy. Whereas with the first three points, the bar will not drop.

okay... so I just tried it. I've gotten the 4th focus point to show up, but when I press Y/Triangle it doesn't do the big slam it instead does a regular 3 point slam. Any idea why or what am i doing wrong?

If the focus bar is still moving, you don't have the fourth point of focus yet.

This passive point is 100 percent bugged or my game is... I do not gain the 4th point anymore after dying once...My meter is full from fighting , it goes to three and then charges again only to stop at three. I have 28 points invested in the tree (8 more then the cap) AND on top of that the 4th point should be permanent with the jingubang and it isn't.

Im at the last boss and I started with 4 points once i respect up to 20 in the tree it gave me 4 for a moment and then lost it while I had the jingubang equiped.

I think the latest patch created this issue...
