Sun Wukong's Voice and Personality

just a minor criticism but it feels like sun wukong isn't as playful as he is protrayed in journey to the west. It's only a minor gripe, but I wish he was more...I dunno, fun? A bit silly, goofy and lighthearted

It is not Sun Wukong himself, it is his projection, a copy made with his hair. More determined and less personality, because he has a duty to fulfill and not as powerfull.

There is an old cheesy kung-fu movie 'The Forbidden Kingdom with' Jackie Chan and Jet lee. It is the plot of that movie.

btw, i find the chinese voice actor more enjoyable than the english voice actor, it suits better the character

They put a lot of soul into their VA, I love it. I started with Chinese VA from the get-go, it's excellent.

That's fair, and I do admit it's not a valid criticism, just a little bit of whining on my part
