so, what do the thunder debuff do?

fire and poison give you life drain.
ice imprison, slow movement and slow stamina regen

but what about thunder? i got the debuff a lot while fighting the dragon lady and i dont notice anything changes during the battle other than my health bar have some electric effect on it.

does anyone know?
